Network project nearly complete
Got a lot of work done on the network over the last couple weeks. Kris and I got all the drops in for the 1st floor and I have 2 left to do in the basement. A few more wallplates need to be installed and that’s it! The cabinet looks great all hooked up properly. I was waiting for a Linksys wallplate to arrive and it did yesterday. The Leviton box fits between studs as a flush mount, so it’s real compact. Do you have an attic/crawlspace? Do you have a pass-through (like a large pipe) between the attic and the 1st floor? Most “newer” construction has it – my house, 57 years old didn’t have one or I couldn’t find it. If you do have the pass-thru, it would be easy to do it. “DO IT” … “DO IT”… (Ben Stiller in Starsky and Hutch)
